Kitten Health Guarantee – Charlie Sphynx Kittens

At Charlie Sphynx Kittens, we guarantee that every kitten leaves our care in excellent health—free from infections and properly vetted at the time of delivery. Our commitment to you extends beyond adoption; as dedicated breeders and lifelong cat enthusiasts, we take pride in raising well-adjusted, healthy kittens.

Of course, certain aspects of a kitten’s long-term health—such as genetics, daily care, nutrition, and exercise—depend on its new home environment.

In the unlikely event that a kitten passes away within one (1) year of purchase, or is diagnosed within that same period with a serious health condition that diminishes its quality of life, Charlie Sphynx Kittens will provide a replacement kitten of equal value at no extra cost. To qualify, the condition or cause of death must be confirmed in writing by a licensed veterinarian, and a copy of the medical report must be emailed to us.

Bringing joy into your home with a healthy, happy kitten is our top priority. To help maintain your kitten’s health, we kindly ask that you:

  • Submit a copy of the initial veterinary examination report within ten (10) business days of receiving your kitten.

  • Ensure the examination is performed by a licensed veterinarian.

Exceptions to This Guarantee

  • Failure to schedule and maintain routine veterinary care will void the health guarantee.

  • This guarantee does not extend to spay/neuter-related issues, including cryptorchidism (undescended testicles) in males.

Veterinary Health Check

Before leaving our cattery, every kitten undergoes a full health evaluation by our licensed veterinarian. A Veterinary Health Certificate is issued on the date of shipment, ensuring the kitten is in good condition at the time of travel.

If any health concerns are identified prior to shipping, the kitten will not be sent. In such cases, buyers may either select another kitten or cancel the purchase.

Additionally, buyers are required to take their new kitten to a licensed veterinarian within seven (7) days of arrival to validate this health guarantee.
