Charlie Sphynx Kittens – Kitten Sales Agreement

Health & Wellness Guarantee

Charlie Sphynx Kittens guarantees that each kitten is in excellent health at the time of placement and has received all age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming treatments. We provide the following health assurances:

a. Veterinary Examination: The Buyer must have the kitten examined by a licensed veterinarian within seven (7) days of receiving it. If the veterinarian confirms a serious congenital defect or underlying illness, Charlie Sphynx Kittens will issue a full refund of the adoption fee, including any transportation charges, once the kitten is returned.

b. Genetic Health Guarantee: Should the kitten later be diagnosed with a hereditary condition that significantly impacts its quality of life, Charlie Sphynx Kittens will either replace the kitten with another of equal value or refund the full adoption fee (including transport expenses) upon return of the kitten.

c. Communicable Diseases: If the kitten is diagnosed with a contagious disease within fourteen (14) days after arriving at the Buyer’s home, Charlie Sphynx Kittens will refund the full purchase price, including shipping costs, after the kitten is returned.

Transportation & Delivery

a. Shipping: If shipping is required, the Buyer is responsible for all transportation fees. Charlie Sphynx Kittens partners only with reputable and licensed pet transportation services, and full tracking details will be provided to the Buyer.

b. Pickup: If the Buyer opts to pick up their kitten in person, a non-refundable deposit of $475 must be paid when this agreement is signed. The remaining balance must be paid in full at the time of pickup.

Cost & Payment

The complete adoption fee must be paid prior to delivery of the kitten—whether by shipping or pickup. For local pickup, a non-refundable $475 deposit is due at the time of this agreement, with the balance due upon collection of the kitten.

Buyer’s Responsibilities

The Buyer agrees to provide lifelong care for the kitten, including quality food, fresh water, safe shelter, exercise, and routine veterinary care. The Buyer also agrees to comply with all local and state regulations regarding cat ownership.

Entire Agreement

This document represents the full and binding agreement between Charlie Sphynx Kittens and the Buyer. Any changes or amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
